Sol Comic Relief Poster[1]

Manchester Sing Out Choir member Sol Ruston is a colourful member of the choir and for years has been known not only for her lovely personality and vocal ability but her striking locks that fall below her waist line and follow her everywhere she goes.

Next Tuesday the 29th March marks a momentous occasion! Sol will say ‘goodbye to her lock’. This sacrificial decision she has made to put the needs of those less fortunate then herself a better chance in life. The target is £1,000 and she is nearly there. Please click the link below and give what you can to support this worthy cause. http://my.rednoseday.com/personalPage.aspx?registrationID=346958

If you would like to witness this event the last time you will see Sol with her locks is at 12:59pm at Fibre Hairdresses, lowry Outlet Mall, Salford Quays at 1pm on Tuesday 29th March 2011.

Thank you

Here are a few words from this brave young lady:

I’ve decided to do something funny for money this Red Nose Day. I’m going to cut all my dreadlocks off. No, seriously. I’ve not been able to brush my hair in seven years and not had it cut it in twelve so I think it’s about time I cut it all off! But not until I’ve raised some seriously lovely money for Comic Relief.

Please support me as much as you can as your cash really can make a huge difference to the lives of vulnerable people across the UK and Africa. Thank you so much.

Sol Ruston

Please Give generously.

Kind regards,
