Soul Experience was launched in March 2009 as part of International Women’s week. The event was birthed out of the general observations that there are many talented and gifted women in our local community and around the world that we are not aware of. We wanted to take time-out to not only recognise these women but take a moment to reflect on our own successes as Women whether your a Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Business Woman, House wife, Single parent, Artist…..the list goes on!
This day is dedicated to empowering women through sharing experiences that most women will be able to relate to at some stage in their life or simply learn form the experiences of others.
The aim of Soul Experience is to uplift, inspire and encourage women from different walks in life by developing an environment where women can share, educate and empower one another.
Part one: A workshop facilitated by experienced facilitators who will deliver sessions tailor maid to meet the aims of Soul Experience.
Part two: Is a ‘Live Performance Event’ featuring female poets, singers’ and musicians sharing stories, songs, music, comedy and more from their ‘Soul Experiences’.
